Terms Of Service
These Terms of Service serve as the official and unified agreement norms governing all access, browsing, registration and functional usage behaviors between platform users and the service provider. All users who enter the platform interface, use platform functions, participate in platform interactive activities and obtain platform service resources shall be deemed to have fully read, understood and voluntarily recognized all clause contents of this agreement. The service terms shall take effect immediately during the whole cycle of users’ use of platform services and shall have continuous binding force on all compliant and non-compliant usage behaviors of users.
1. Platform Service Overview & Usage Scope
The platform independently provides diversified network functional services, including page browsing, function experience, interactive use, resource acquisition and other standardized service scenarios. All public functional areas opened on the platform are oriented to all eligible users who complete standardized access and use operations. The platform reserves the right to adjust service types, functional modules and service forms according to service operation iteration and user experience optimization demands, so as to continuously match the changing usage needs of users.
Users confirm that they shall only use the platform’s functional services for personal daily use and legitimate scenario demands. They shall not use platform resources and service functions for any hidden, improper or non-compliant purposes, nor shall they transfer, rent, sell or authorize third parties to use platform service permissions without official permission.
2. User Behavioral Norms & Compliance Obligations
In the process of using all platform services, users must abide by public network usage norms and platform unified management rules, maintain a healthy and orderly platform service environment, and standardize all personal operation behaviors. Users are strictly prohibited from carrying out any behaviors that interfere with the platform’s normal and stable operation, including but not limited to abnormal batch operation of platform functions, malicious frequency brushing, unauthorized automatic program operation, illegal crawling and capturing of platform public data and resource information, and simulation of official service behaviors to mislead other users.
Meanwhile, users shall bear full responsibility for all content published, uploaded, commented and shared through the platform. All released content must conform to public order and good customs, without any inappropriate, misleading, abusive, infringing and non-compliant information. Once non-compliant content is found, the platform has the right to carry out real-time removal, shielding and rectification processing, and record the user’s non-compliant behavior for subsequent standardized management.
3. Platform Service Rights & Iteration Mechanism
The platform adheres to the principle of stable operation and priority user experience, and undertakes to maintain the basic stability, availability and safety of daily core services, continuously optimize page display, functional operation and service details, and repair potential functional faults and experience defects in a timely manner. The platform will regularly carry out service iteration and function upgrade according to user feedback and industry service standards, so as to improve the overall service level.
Users clearly understand that network platform services are affected by technical iteration, scenario upgrading and operation optimization. The platform reserves the right to adjust, optimize, suspend or close partial temporary functional services. All service adjustments and rule updates will be publicly displayed on the official platform page in advance. Users’ continued use of platform services after the update announcement is released will be deemed as automatic recognition and acceptance of the latest service terms and rules.
4. Violation Handling & Right Restriction Rules
In order to maintain the overall operation order of the platform and protect the legitimate usage rights and interests of most compliant users, the platform implements hierarchical standardized management for all non-compliant behaviors. For minor accidental non-compliant operations, the platform will take the form of in-page reminder and rule popularization to guide users to standardize subsequent operations. For repeated violations, intentional malicious operations and behaviors that seriously disrupt platform order, the platform has the right to take restrictive measures including partial function prohibition, service permission suspension and long-term service qualification termination.
All violation handling measures are based on objective platform operation rules, with fair and unified execution standards for all users. The platform will retain complete operation records and violation handling data, which can be used as the basis for subsequent service supervision and user behavior assessment.
5. Responsibility Division & Risk Explanation
All personal operation behaviors and subjective decisions of users during the use of platform services are independently responsible by the users themselves. The platform does not bear joint responsibility for any personal loss, right dispute and risk problem caused by users’ non-compliant operation, improper use and subjective misoperation.
The platform will try its best to ensure the safety and stability of service operation, but does not promise that the service will be completely uninterrupted and error-free all the time. Minor service jitter, temporary function failure and data synchronization delay caused by technical maintenance, network environment and service iteration belong to normal operation fluctuations, and the platform does not bear corresponding liability responsibilities.
