Full Life Cycle Return Service Rules
Stage 1|Pre-Application: Eligibility Self-Check
Before initiating a return, users can self-check the order validity: confirm whether it is within the after-sales cycle, whether the product is intact and unused, whether it is a non-special customized order, and exclude abnormal malicious order scenarios to ensure smooth review.
Stage 2|In-Review: Official Verification Mechanism
After the user submits the application, the official after-sales team will verify the order background data, product status and application scenarios in full dimension. Compliant applications will be passed automatically, and non-compliant applications will be fed back with specific reasons for rejection.
Stage 3|Post-Refund: Progress & Result Confirmation
After the review is passed, the system will automatically initiate a refund. Users can check the refund progress and arrival status in the personal order center. All refund records are permanently retained for user inquiry and verification.
Stage 4|Long-Term Service Iteration
We will dynamically optimize return review standards and processing efficiency according to user feedback and order scenario changes, continuously improve the transparency and standardization of after-sales return services, and protect user consumption rights and interests in an all-round way.
